So I’m only giving this to Star’s simply because every time I’ve ever called here to try to buy a car no one ever returned my phone calls that’s just the start then I finally got someone to work with me and I bought a 2013 jeep wrangler, no warranty was offered just for the transmission to go out to months later which cost me $5000 to replace that was the second thing that happened the first thing was an electrical problem that they only wanted to pay 50%. I sure wish someone out there would reach out to me. I’ve called several times and no one will return my phone call. Take the time out to look at my review name and look me up in your system.

I had a smooth buying transaction at this car lot. My contract was reasonable and I had the ultimate protection Warranty and all! I recommend this car lot to everyone! I had the pleasure of doing my deal with Tom Holmes and he is very professional and efficient. I bought my vehicle for a fair price and I was treated very well. Again 5 stars to Auto Now!!!!!

If I could give them zero I would. I leased a 2010 dodge nitro from them and the heat went out literally as soon as winter hit and they would not fix it , mind you I just had my new born. We were driving around in the cold and they knew that. I paid the car off and then it blew a head gasket ! I had no choice but to get a different car from them because I knew they’d approve me. Now I just got a dodge 2012 journey and they sold it to me with a messed up alignment old parts that made my heat go out yesterday and Joe said he would come out coolant in it …. After I just told him it was smoking the other day and now I have no heat. Long story short they just want your money they don’t care about your well being

These guys are amazing!!! Dave went above and beyond to get me into a car I loved and a payments I can afford. The whole staff in there are very welcoming and make you feel at ease. They joked around with us like we were close friends.
